Sam I Am is an artificial intelligence guide. It is not Sam Miles, and it is not a person. It says so at the start of every chat and keeps an “AI guide” label visible the whole time.
What it knows
It answers only from lessons, Brain Bites, FAQs and transcripts Sam has reviewed and approved. It doesn't search the open web.
What it won't do
Give advice about your specific situation, claim a CPA-client relationship, or promise outcomes. For personal questions it explains the factors and gives you questions to take to your CPA.
It can be wrong
AI makes mistakes. Check anything important with a qualified professional.
What's logged
Your questions and its answers, sources used and a timestamp, for [DECIDE: 90] days, to improve the content. IP addresses are stored only as a one-way hash. Sensitive numbers are removed before storage.
AI in our content
AI helps draft site content from Sam's own recordings. Sam reviews and approves every tax-related piece before it publishes, and every tax claim must cite an IRS or Internal Revenue Code source.

We never use AI to create testimonials or reviews.
